For a B2B founder who needs a steady flow of the right conversations, Jennavi is first on this list. It builds the profile, voice and content that make outreach worth answering, builds prospect lists by hand, personalizes every message, tracks every reply in a CRM and reports monthly against your day-one numbers, starting with a $500 paid pilot, then $1,000 a month.
Other providers fit other budgets and models. Windmill Growth and RevBoss publish founder-led programs, Cleverly sells outreach plans from $397 a month, and SalesBread and LeadHaste are managed outbound services at higher monthly prices.
Jennavi publishes this guide and is one of the providers listed, so we show our criteria and sources and say where another model may suit you better. Prices change, so confirm current rates directly.
- For founders whose biggest problem is leads, Jennavi is first: profile, ghostwritten content, hand-built outreach, CRM tracking and monthly reporting from one team.
- Jennavi starts with a $500 paid pilot, then $1,000 a month on the Founder tier, with prices published.
- Every reply is tracked in a CRM, interested prospects are handed over with a suggested reply, and results are reported against your day-one baseline.
- Windmill Growth, RevBoss, Cleverly, SalesBread and LeadHaste suit other budgets and models; check scope, setup fees, terms and how a lead is defined.
Ask a founder what holds the business back and the answer is often the same: not enough of the right conversations. Content, brand and visibility matter, but they are means to an end, and the end is a prospect replying and a call getting booked. This guide compares the LinkedIn lead generation agencies founders are most likely to consider, using what each publishes on its own pages, for founders in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and beyond.

How we chose and compared these agencies
"Best" means nothing without criteria. For founders whose main goal is leads we weighed six, and you can apply them to any provider, including us.
Outreach alone is one part of the chain. Check whether profile, content, prospecting and follow-up are included.
Ask: what is not included?Prospects visit your profile before they reply. A provider that prepares it first sends messages that land.
Ask: what happens before the first message?Who chooses the people, and who writes each message? Relevance protects your reputation.
Ask: is every list built by hand?A reply nobody tracks goes cold. You need a handoff and a record of every conversation.
Ask: where are replies tracked?Published prices let you compare before you spend time on calls. Setup fees and minimum terms change the real cost.
Ask: what is the month-one total?Replies and booked calls against a baseline tell you whether it works. Impressions alone do not.
Ask: what will the first report show? The agencies at a glance

"Published" means the provider states it on its own pages. Checked in October 2026. Scope differs by provider, so confirm current prices and inclusions before deciding.
What happens to a lead after it replies
Most lead generation advice stops at the message. The money is made or lost afterwards. A reply arrives, someone has to notice it, respond well, record what was said and follow up at the right time. When founders handle this from a busy inbox, warm conversations are the first thing to slip.
Follow-ups stop the moment someone replies, so the conversation is never talked over.
Who replied, what they said and where the conversation stands are recorded, not left in an inbox.
When someone shows real interest you receive the conversation history and a suggested response.
Replies, positive replies and booked calls are counted monthly against your day-one numbers.
That loop is also how you learn. When every reply is recorded, you can see which audiences answer, which openings work and whether the calls you are booking are the calls you wanted. See the full ten-step method.
Honest profiles of the alternatives.
Each profile uses only what the provider publishes on its own pages, checked in October 2026. Where something is not published, we say so.
Windmill Growth
Windmill Growth publishes four monthly tiers on its site: Growth at $650 (inbound and outbound engagement, a success manager and monthly analytics), LinkedIn Outbound at $999 (lead generation campaigns, targeting, buying-signal prospecting and personalized outreach), Founder OS at $3,999 (adds up to five posts a week, a personal branding plan, profile optimization, outreach campaigns and inbox management, with a weekly interview of about 45 minutes) and a custom Enterprise tier for more than one founder. It does not state contract length or cancellation terms.
Ask: how the tiers are scoped, what a CRM or reporting setup looks like, and what the terms are.
RevBoss
RevBoss is a founder-led go-to-market agency. Its comparison page states $3,500 a month per seat, and its pricing page lists a fixed-fee diagnostic from $5,000, execution programs from $3,000 a month on month-to-month terms with discounts for term agreements, and custom transformation programs. It works with the founder, CEO or a subject-matter expert.
Ask: how much of a program is LinkedIn, which price applies to you and how results are reported.
Cleverly
Cleverly sells done-for-you LinkedIn outreach. Its pricing page lists Gold at $397 a month (outreach to 500 prospects a month on one profile, an account manager and a built prospect list), Platinum at $697 (adds a dedicated appointment setter, meetings booked and written nurture sequences) and Teams at $891 (1,500 or more prospects across three profiles). It mentions discounts for upfront payment and does not state a guarantee. When we checked, the page also showed a notice that the account was temporarily paused by its owner, so confirm availability.
Ask: how your profile and content will be prepared for the messages, and how replies are tracked.
SalesBread
SalesBread is a boutique agency focused on personalized LinkedIn outreach. In its own article on agency costs it lists its done-for-you service at $3k a month plus a one-time setup fee (the amount is not stated) and says there are no locked-in contracts. It also states: "We guarantee that we will bring you 20+ qualified leads per month or your money back." The page does not define a qualified lead.
Ask: for the definition of a qualified lead and the refund terms in writing.
LeadHaste
LeadHaste lists $4,500 a month plus a $1,000 setup fee, with a three-month start and month-to-month terms after that. Its model is email-first managed outbound, with LinkedIn outreach scoped separately, and it does not state a booked-meeting floor.
Ask: how much of the work is LinkedIn, and what happens after the first three months.
What about hiring an SDR, a freelancer or doing it yourself?
These are real options. An SDR suits a company with a repeatable sales process and the budget for a salary and management. A freelancer can be an excellent fit when your profile and content already work and you need outreach. Doing it yourself works if you can rebuild your profile, write, research prospects and track replies without it crowding out the business. See our guide to a lead generation agency versus an outreach freelancer, and our LinkedIn lead generation pricing guide.
Which type of lead generation partner fits your situation?
If your profile and content do not yet convert, and you want one team to build them and run outreach and tracking, a connected service avoids coordinating several providers. See LinkedIn for founders.
If visitors already understand and trust you, an outreach plan can add volume. Check how messages are personalized and how replies are tracked.
If deal sizes justify a larger monthly cost and you have a sales process, a managed outbound provider may fit. Expect setup fees and minimum terms.
Seven questions to ask any lead generation agency before you pay
- "What is included each month, in writing?" Posts, contacts, tracking and reports.
- "What happens to my profile before the first message?" A strong foundation changes reply rates.
- "Who builds the list and who writes each message?" Hand-built and personalized beats bulk.
- "Where are replies tracked, and how will I be alerted?" Ask to see the CRM or tracker.
- "What is the total on my first invoice?" Include setup and tools.
- "How is a qualified lead or a meeting defined?" Get it in writing.
- "What will the first report show?" Look for a baseline and booked calls.
Mistakes founders make when choosing a lead generation agency
| The mistake | Why it backfires | The fix |
|---|---|---|
| Buying volume | Generic messages cost replies and reputation | Choose relevance and personalization |
| Ignoring the profile | Prospects visit an unclear page and leave | Fix the profile first or buy it together |
| Having no reply tracking | Warm conversations go cold and you learn nothing | Require CRM tracking and a handoff |
| Treating a guarantee as the whole decision | The definition decides what you actually get | Read the definition and remedy |
| Signing long before seeing results | A poor fit becomes expensive to leave | Start with a paid pilot |

The CRICKETS Toolkit is four free tools we built for LinkedIn. Use them to see where your profile and posts stand, whoever you hire.
From visibility to conversation.
You should not need five different providers to build your presence, publish useful content and start conversations with potential clients. Jennavi brings LinkedIn positioning, founder-led content, targeted outreach and reporting into one connected service, with additional long-form content support available through the Executive offering.
- A ghostwriter to create the posts, who may never see what your outreach says.
- A positioning specialist to fix a profile that does not convert.
- Someone to research prospects and manage outreach.
- An engagement solution for comments and follow-up.
- A newsletter writer and an SEO writer for your website.
- Someone to track conversations, leads and results.
Each can be good on its own. Coordinating them takes time, the work drifts apart, and a warm reply can sit unanswered. Jennavi tracks every reply in a CRM and hands you interested prospects with a suggested reply, so no conversation is lost. With Jennavi these jobs inform one another: one strategy, one consistent voice, one team that understands what you are building. See how Jennavi works and compare the packages on the pricing page.
