Published prices for LinkedIn lead generation range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars a month, and the number alone tells you little. The range depends on whether you are buying outreach only, outreach plus content, or a wider outbound program. For example, Cleverly publishes plans from $397 a month, RevBoss lists execution programs from $3,000 a month, SalesBread lists $3k a month plus a setup fee, and LeadHaste lists $4,500 a month plus a $1,000 setup.
Jennavi publishes its prices and starts every engagement with a 30-day pilot: a $500 Founder pilot, then $1,000 a month, or a $1,000 Executive pilot, then $1,500 a month. Each includes profile optimization, ghostwritten content, hand-built outreach, CRM tracking and a monthly report, so you are not paying separately for the pieces.
Jennavi publishes this guide and is one of the providers listed, so we show our sources and say where a different model may suit you better. Prices change, so confirm current rates directly.
- Published LinkedIn lead generation prices range from about $397 a month for outreach-only plans to several thousand dollars a month plus setup for managed programs.
- Compare cost per useful conversation, not cost per month: divide the total monthly cost by relevant conversations or booked calls.
- Jennavi's Founder tier is a $500 pilot then $1,000 a month and the Executive tier a $1,000 pilot then $1,500 a month, with profile, content, outreach, CRM tracking and reporting included.
- Watch for setup fees, separate tool costs, minimum terms and undefined 'qualified lead' guarantees.
"How much does LinkedIn lead generation cost?" is hard to answer because the phrase covers very different services. One provider sends connection requests for you. Another writes your posts and also reaches out. Another runs email, phone and LinkedIn together with a team of sales development reps. Prices follow the scope, so a headline number is only useful once you know what sits behind it. This guide uses prices that providers publish on their own pages, in US dollars, and it is written for founders, executives and consultants in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and beyond.

What published prices look like in 2026
These are the figures providers state on their own pages as we checked them in October 2026. Where a provider does not publish a price, we say so rather than estimate one.
| Provider | What you are buying | Published price | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jennavi | Profile optimization, ghostwritten posts, hand-built outreach, CRM tracking and reporting | Founder: $500 pilot, then $1,000/mo. Executive: $1,000 pilot, then $1,500/mo | Founder 12 posts a month; Executive 16 posts, newsletter, SEO and GEO article, CRICKETS playbook, priority support |
| Cleverly | Managed LinkedIn outreach | $397/mo (500 prospects, one profile), $697/mo (adds appointment setting), $891/mo (three profiles) | Content is not part of the listed plans; the page showed a temporarily paused notice when we checked |
| RevBoss | Founder-led go-to-market programs | Execution programs from $3,000/mo; diagnostic from $5,000; transformation programs custom | How much of a program is LinkedIn content; month-to-month terms with term discounts |
| SalesBread | Boutique personalized LinkedIn outreach | $3k/mo plus a one-time setup fee (amount not stated) | The setup fee, and how a qualified lead is defined in its 20+ leads guarantee |
| LeadHaste | Email-first managed outbound | $4,500/mo plus $1,000 setup; three-month start, then month to month | LinkedIn outreach is a separately scoped option; the booked-meeting floor is not stated |
| Belkins | Omnichannel appointment setting | No published price; quote on request | Contract length and what an appointment means |

"Published" means the provider states it on its own pages. Checked in October 2026. Scope differs by provider, so confirm current prices and inclusions before deciding.
What actually drives the price
Outreach only costs less than outreach plus content, profile work and reporting. Check how many of those jobs one price covers.
Ask: what is not included?LinkedIn-only, email-first and omnichannel programs are built and priced differently, with different volumes and infrastructure.
Ask: which channel does the work?More prospects and more profiles raise the price. More is not automatically better for a business that sells on trust.
Ask: how many people, and who chooses them? Some providers add a one-time setup fee, and some require tools or data you pay for separately.
Ask: what is the total in month one?Minimum terms change your risk. A paid pilot or month-to-month plan costs less to leave than a long contract.
Ask: what happens after month one?A stated guarantee can add value, but only if you know how a qualified lead or a meeting is defined.
Ask: what is the definition and the remedy?Cost per conversation, not cost per month
The most useful way to compare prices is to stop comparing monthly fees and start comparing what each fee produces. A cheaper plan that sends many messages to the wrong people can cost more per useful conversation than a pricier plan that reaches the right ones.
The sum is simple. Divide the total monthly cost, including setup spread over the term and any tools, by the number of relevant conversations or booked calls in that month. Here is a hypothetical, with round numbers chosen only to show the arithmetic: if a service costs $1,000 a month and produces four booked calls, each call costs $250 to obtain. A service that costs $3,000 a month needs twelve booked calls to match that. Neither number is a promise from any provider. They show why the report matters as much as the price.
That is why Jennavi records your starting numbers on day one and reports accepted connections, replies, positive replies and booked calls every month. You can see the cost per conversation for yourself instead of relying on a headline figure.
Costs that are easy to miss
- Setup fees. SalesBread and LeadHaste both list one-time setup fees on top of the monthly price.
- Tools and data. Ask whether LinkedIn Sales Navigator, list-building tools or email infrastructure are included or billed separately.
- The content you also need. If a plan covers outreach only, a profile and posts that make people want to reply are separate jobs.
- Your own time. Briefing, reviewing and handling replies take hours. Multiply those hours by what your time is worth.
- Minimum terms. A three-month start or a long contract changes what you commit before you see results.
What about doing it yourself?
Doing LinkedIn lead generation yourself has no agency fee, but it is not free. You pay with hours: rebuilding your profile, writing and publishing every week, researching prospects, engaging, sending requests and tracking replies. If those hours would otherwise go to client work or running the business, they have a price too. Before you decide, compare the hours you would spend with what your time is worth, and ask whether you would keep it up consistently for several months. Which price model fits your situation?
If you want one price and one team for the whole chain, a combined service avoids paying and coordinating several providers. See how this works for consultants.
If your profile converts and you want more reach, a published outreach plan can be the lowest-cost way to add volume. Check how personalization works so it protects your reputation.
If deal sizes justify a larger monthly cost and you have people to take the calls, a managed outbound or go-to-market program may fit. Expect setup fees, minimum terms and a larger budget.
Seven questions to ask about price before you pay
- "What is the total cost in month one, including setup and tools?" The first invoice is the real starting price.
- "What exactly is included each month?" Ask for posts, contacts, reporting and revisions in writing.
- "Is there a minimum term, and what is the cost of leaving?" A paid pilot lowers the risk.
- "Who builds the list and who writes the messages?" This decides quality as much as volume.
- "How is a qualified lead or a meeting defined?" If there is a guarantee, ask for the definition and remedy.
- "What will the first report show?" Look for replies and booked calls against a day-one baseline.
- "What changes the price later?" Extra profiles, volume or add-ons should be stated up front.
Mistakes buyers make when comparing prices
| The mistake | Why it backfires | The fix |
|---|---|---|
| Picking the lowest monthly fee | A cheap plan can cost more per useful conversation | Compare cost per booked call, not cost per month |
| Ignoring setup fees and tools | Month one costs more than the headline price | Ask for the total first invoice |
| Buying outreach without positioning | Prospects visit an unclear profile and leave | Fix the profile and content, or buy both together |
| Treating a guarantee as the whole decision | The definition decides what you actually get | Read the definition and the remedy in writing |
| Committing long before you have seen results | A long contract raises the cost of a poor fit | Start with a short paid pilot |

The CRICKETS Toolkit is four free tools we built for LinkedIn. Use them to see where your profile and posts stand, whoever you hire.
From visibility to conversation.
You should not need five different providers to build your presence, publish useful content and start conversations with potential clients. Jennavi brings LinkedIn positioning, founder-led content, targeted outreach and reporting into one connected service, with additional long-form content support available through the Executive offering.
- A ghostwriter to create the posts, who may never see what your outreach says.
- A positioning specialist to fix a profile that does not convert.
- Someone to research prospects and manage outreach.
- An engagement solution for comments and follow-up.
- A newsletter writer and an SEO writer for your website.
- Someone to track conversations, leads and results.
Each can be good on its own. Coordinating them takes time, the work drifts apart, and a warm reply can sit unanswered. Jennavi tracks every reply in a CRM and hands you interested prospects with a suggested reply, so no conversation is lost. With Jennavi these jobs inform one another: one strategy, one consistent voice, one team that understands what you are building. See how Jennavi works and compare the packages on the pricing page.
