The Short Answer

How does LinkedIn lead generation
work at Jennavi?

Your profile and content come first, because people check them before they reply to anyone. Then we find the right people by hand, let them see your name, comment on their posts, connect with them personally and start relevant conversations. When someone shows genuine interest, we hand the conversation to you with a suggested reply. Every month we report what happened against the numbers we recorded on day one.

This page explains the process in detail. For an overview of the service, read about LinkedIn lead generation services. For packages and prices, visit the pricing page. Jennifer Mmesoma Omaliko, the founder of Jennavi, wrote this page, and it was last updated on October 13, 2026.

An Honest Starting Point

We cannot control LinkedIn.
We can control the work.

Jennavi is built around the work, not around promises. We do not own LinkedIn, so we never promise what it will do. We use every part of it well, starting with clear positioning, and we measure our own work by your growth.

01

What we control

The order of the work, the effort we put in every week and the report you receive every month.

02

What nobody controls

LinkedIn's rules, who sees each individual post and the market you sell into.

03

What we measure

New connections, replies, positive replies, calls booked, and post and profile views.

One Partner, From Visibility To Conversation

Why hire five different providers
when your strategy should work together?

A founder who wants to be visible and win clients on LinkedIn usually has to coordinate several specialists. Even when each one is good, the work becomes disconnected, because the writer does not know what the outreach is doing and nobody sees the whole picture. Jennavi brings those activities into one connected service, so each part informs the others.

The roleWhat goes wrong when it is handled separatelyHow Jennavi connects it
A ghostwriterThe writer produces posts without knowing who the outreach is aimed at.Posts follow the voice guide and the ideal client list that your outreach is built around.
A positioning specialistThe profile says one thing while the posts and messages say another. The profile, the posts and the outreach all start from the same positioning.
A prospect researcherThe list is built without knowing what your content is about.Prospects are chosen by hand to match the people your content is written for.
Engagement supportComments are generic because nobody knows how you sound.Comments are written in your voice and reviewed before they are posted.
An outreach managerMessages go out with no link to anything the prospect has seen from you.Prospects see your name and your content first, and each request refers to something real.
Tracking and reportingResults sit in separate tools, and nobody sees the path from a view to a booked call.Replies are tracked in a CRM, and a monthly report shows connections, replies, calls booked and views.
Newsletter and SEO writersLong-form content is commissioned separately and drifts away from your LinkedIn message. On the Executive tier, a monthly newsletter and SEO and GEO article are written from the same positioning.

Swipe sideways to compare

One strategy, one consistent voice and one team that understands what you are building. You can compare both tiers on the pricing page, and see how the whole service fits together in our LinkedIn services overview.

Phase 1 · Steps 1 to 3

Foundation: your profile,
voice and content.

Your profile is where people decide. Before we contact anyone, we make sure the right visitor finds a credible expert worth talking to, speaking in your own voice.

To go deeper on the first step, read about LinkedIn profile optimization and LinkedIn personal branding.

Phase 2 · Steps 4 to 8

Outreach: the right people,
reached thoughtfully.

Outreach starts only after the foundation is ready. We do not rely on mass messaging. We find the right people by hand, let them get to know your name and lead with relevant conversations instead of sales pitches.

Phase 3 · Steps 9 and 10

Results: warm handoffs
and honest reporting.

When someone is interested, you hear about it. Every month you can also see what happened, measured against a real baseline.

You can see what Jennavi has documented so far on the results page.

How The Steps Connect

From one comment
to a message.

The steps are designed to work as a chain. This real example comes from Jennavi's own profile, where one thoughtful comment led to an inbound message from a founder in New York.

This is why the foundation comes first. Outreach works best when the profile, the content and the conversation all say the same thing. Results will differ for every client.

Your First 30 Days

What happens in the pilot,
week by week.

Before week one

  • You book a free strategy call and tell us your goal.
  • You sign a service agreement before any work begins. It covers scope, deliverables, revision policy, payment terms and confidentiality.
  • You start the paid 30-day pilot, which costs $500 on the Founder tier or $1,000 on the Executive tier.

LinkedIn is not always predictable. Results vary and may take one to three months to appear.

Approvals and Safeguards

Your name
is protected.

Every step is designed around your reputation. You stay in control of your voice, and nothing goes out without a review.

01

You approve your voice guide

Nothing is published before you approve it.

02

Every comment and message is reviewed

Whatever represents you is reviewed before it goes out, so it meets the standard you expect.

03

Never a template

Each connection request refers to something real in the person's profile.

04

A measured pace

Outreach runs steadily, and follow-ups stop the moment someone replies.

05

No shortcuts

We never use mass outreach and we never buy followers.

06

Terms in writing

A service agreement covers scope, revisions, payment terms and confidentiality. You can read our terms and refund policy.

What It Costs

A paid pilot,
then month to month.

Both tiers run this same process. The pilot is your first 30 days at $500 below the regular monthly rate, and you continue only if the results justify it. All fees are in USD.

What your 30-day pilot gives you
  • A rebuilt profile, with your headline, About section and banner optimized for the buyers you want to reach.
  • A defined target audience and a voice guide that you approve before anything is published.
  • A full month of content: 12 posts on the Founder tier, or 16 posts plus a newsletter and an SEO article on the Executive tier.
  • Outreach campaigns that start at a safe, steady pace, with AI-personalized messages that stop the moment someone replies.
  • CRM tracking and a results report showing your accepted connections, positive replies and booked calls.

The pilot is your full first month of the tier at $500 off the monthly price. If the results justify it, you continue at the standard monthly rate. If they do not, you have committed one month, not a year.

There is no long-term lock-in, and a longer commitment changes the price but never the service. We report results and never promise revenue.

Before You Book

Questions about how
the process works

How does LinkedIn lead generation work at Jennavi?

Jennavi runs a ten-step process in three phases. In the Foundation phase we optimize your profile, build your voice guide and publish ghostwritten content. In the Outreach phase we identify prospects by hand, warm them up, comment thoughtfully, send personalized connection requests and hold relevant conversations. In the Results phase we hand off interested prospects and report every month. The order never changes, and outreach starts only after the foundation is ready.

Why do you optimize the profile and write content before starting outreach?

People check your profile and your posts before they reply to a message. If your profile does not say who you help and your content does not show how you think, outreach has nothing to land on. Clear positioning does much of the selling, so we build the foundation first and begin outreach only when it is ready.

What happens before the work starts?

You book a free strategy call and tell us your goal. Every client then signs a service agreement before work begins, covering scope, deliverables, revision policy, payment terms and confidentiality, and starts the paid 30-day pilot. The Founder pilot costs $500 and the Executive pilot costs $1,000.

What will I need to do?

You build the voice guide with us and approve it before anything is published. When a prospect shows genuine interest, you receive the conversation so far and a suggested reply to review and approve. The research, writing, engagement, outreach and tracking are handled for you.

How do you find the right prospects?

We build every list by hand. We search LinkedIn, groups and events, and we look at the people who engage with relevant posts. Poor fits are removed before anyone is contacted, and at the start we check that enough of your buyers can be found.

Do you send template messages or use mass outreach?

No. Each connection request refers to something real in the person's profile, never a template. Outreach runs at a measured and steady pace, follow-ups stop the moment someone replies, and we never use mass outreach or buy followers.

What happens when a prospect replies?

Replies are tracked in a CRM. When a prospect shows genuine interest, you receive a heads-up, the conversation so far and a suggested reply to review and approve, so warm leads reach you ready to book as calls.

What is in the monthly report?

Every month you see new connections, replies, positive replies, calls booked, and post and profile views. We record your starting numbers on day one, so each report shows a real before and after, and we use the results to refine targeting and messages.

What does the first 30 days look like?

Week one is setup, covering your profile, voice guide, ideal client list and starting numbers. In week two your posts go live and we begin following and commenting. In week three connection notes go out and the first messages follow. In week four you receive your first report and a plan for month two.

How long does it take to see results?

LinkedIn is not always predictable. Results vary and may take one to three months to appear, and we never promise leads or revenue because we do not control LinkedIn's rules, who sees each post or your market.

What if my buyers are hard to find on LinkedIn?

We check at the start that enough of your buyers can be found. We learned this from a client in a very narrow niche whose buyers large databases mostly missed, so we now build every list by hand instead of relying on a database.

Can I stop after the pilot?

Yes. The pilot is a single paid month, and afterwards you continue month to month or commit for three or six months to save. There is no long-term lock-in, and a longer commitment changes the price but never the service.

What would make the next 30 days
a success for you?

Book a free strategy call and tell us your goal. We will build the plan around it. If you would like the full picture first, return to the homepage.
