Our Services
Jennavi provides LinkedIn ghostwriting, content strategy, and personal branding services across six service tiers, ranging from a one-time profile audit to full monthly retainer management. Full details of each tier are available on our services page.
Service Agreements
A service agreement is put in place before work begins on any retainer tier. This agreement outlines the specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for your engagement. Jennifer Omaliko personally writes all content delivered to clients; no work is outsourced to third parties.
Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Monthly retainer tiers require payment upfront for the first month before work begins
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Flutterwave and/or Axra)
- Recurring monthly tiers will be billed on the same date each month unless cancelled
Client Responsibilities
To deliver effective content, we require timely input from clients, including a voice capture session and prompt feedback on drafts within the agreed revision windows outlined in your service agreement.
Intellectual Property
Once paid for, all content written for a client belongs to that client and may be used, edited, or published freely by them. Jennavi retains no ownership over delivered client content.
Limitation of Liability
While we are committed to delivering high-quality strategic content, Jennavi does not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as follower counts, leads, or revenue), as these depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes and individual client engagement.
Cancellations
Monthly retainer clients may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
