Monthly Retainer Tiers (Starter, Growth, Authority, VIP, Executive)
Full refund available within 48 hours of payment, provided your voice capture session has not yet taken place and no content drafting has begun.
Once your voice capture session has been completed, or content drafting has started, the month's payment becomes non-refundable, as strategy time and writing work have already been committed on your behalf. You may still cancel at any time to prevent future billing; see our Terms & Conditions for cancellation details.
Taster Tier (One-Time Profile Audit)
Because this is a one-time deliverable typically completed quickly after purchase, refunds are only available if the audit has not yet been started. Once delivered, the Taster tier is non-refundable.
CRICKETS Manifesto (Book, $9.99)
As a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, the CRICKETS Manifesto is non-refundable once the download link has been sent, except in cases of a technical error preventing access, in which case contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the terms above, message us directly via WhatsApp or email jennifer@jennavi.co with your name, email used at checkout, and the tier purchased.
We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed within 5 working days.
