For executive personal branding on LinkedIn, Jennavi is first on this list, and its Executive tier is the one we recommend. It rebuilds your profile, develops a voice guide you approve, ghostwrites 16 posts a month plus a newsletter and an SEO and GEO article, and connects that visibility to hand-built outreach with every reply tracked in a CRM, from a $1,000 paid pilot, then $1,500 a month. The Founder tier ($500 pilot, then $1,000 a month) is the second option.
Other providers fit other budgets. Windmill Growth publishes a founder-led program, RevBoss sells go-to-market programs, Understory works through custom retainers, and YellowInk is a voice-led boutique.
Jennavi publishes this guide and is one of the providers listed, so we show our criteria and sources and say where another model may suit you better. Prices change, so confirm current rates directly.

An executive brand is not vanity. It shapes whether a buyer takes your call, a candidate accepts your offer and an investor returns your email. LinkedIn is where much of that judgment is formed, and most leaders do not have the hours to build a presence there themselves. This guide compares the ghostwriting options for executives in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and beyond, using what each provider publishes.

How we chose and compared these ghostwriters
Personal branding is judged on trust, so we weighed six criteria. You can apply them to any provider, including us.
Posts must sound like you. Look for a real interview or intake process and an approval step.
Ask: how is my voice captured?Every post sends people to your profile. It should explain who you are and why you are credible.
Ask: is the profile rebuilt too?Executives have little time. A clear monthly time ask is a good sign.
Ask: how many hours do you need?A brand that never leads to an introduction is a cost. Check how attention becomes conversations.
Ask: what happens after someone engages?Published prices let you compare before you spend time on calls.
Ask: what is the month-one total?Replies and booked calls against a baseline mean more than impressions.
Ask: what will the first report show? The ghostwriters at a glance

"Published" means the provider states it on its own pages; where we found no published price we say so rather than estimate one. Checked in October 2026. Scope differs by provider, so confirm current prices and inclusions before deciding.
Executive first, Founder second.
For CEOs and senior executives we recommend the Executive tier. If you want a lighter start, the Founder tier is a strong second option.
- Profile optimization in the first week
- An audience and voice guide you approve
- 16 LinkedIn posts a month in your voice
- One newsletter and one SEO and GEO article a month
- Hand-built prospect lists, personalized outreach and CRM tracking
- A monthly results report against your day-one numbers
- The CRICKETS playbook and priority support
Why executives choose it: your authority reaches beyond LinkedIn through the newsletter and the SEO and GEO article, the pipeline work runs alongside it, and your name is protected by review at every step.
- Profile optimization in the first week
- An audience and voice guide you approve
- 12 LinkedIn posts a month in your voice
- Targeted outreach, engagement and follow-up
- CRM tracking and a monthly report
Choose Founder if you want a lighter start focused on posts and pipeline, without the newsletter and the SEO and GEO article. Both tiers begin with a paid 30-day pilot, with prices in USD.
Honest profiles of the alternatives.
Each profile uses only what the provider publishes on its own pages, checked in October 2026. Where something is not published, we say so.
Windmill Growth
Windmill Growth publishes Founder OS at $3,999 a month, which adds up to five posts a week, a personal branding plan, profile optimization, outreach campaigns and inbox management, with a weekly interview of about 45 minutes. A custom Enterprise tier covers more than one founder. It does not state contract length or cancellation terms.
Ask: how the weekly interview fits your calendar, how outreach is reported and what the terms are.
RevBoss
RevBoss is a go-to-market agency whose founder-led marketing is built around content, connections and campaigns. Its pricing page lists a fixed-fee diagnostic from $5,000, execution programs from $3,000 a month on month-to-month terms with discounts for term agreements, and custom transformation programs. No guarantee is listed.
Ask: how much of a program is LinkedIn content and who writes it.
Understory Agency
Understory describes itself as an allbound go-to-market agency for B2B companies past product-market fit. Its LinkedIn ghostwriting lists 16 to 30 posts a month starting from a voice interview. It does not publish prices: it uses custom flat retainers, typically over six months.
Ask: which parts of the wider program you would be paying for.
YellowInk
YellowInk is a boutique agency built around voice and story discovery, and it lists ghostwriting alongside lead generation and paid campaigns. We found no prices on its site, so you would need to request a quote.
Ask: which pieces are in the quote and how results are measured.
What about an assistant, a freelancer or doing it yourself?
An executive assistant can keep a calendar but rarely has the writing practice to find your voice. A freelance ghostwriter can be an excellent fit if you only need posts and will manage the rest. Doing it yourself works if you enjoy writing and can post weekly without it eating your day. See our guide on how to hire a ghostwriter who understands your business.
Which option fits your situation?
If you want presence to turn into relevant conversations, content and outreach should come from one team. See Executive LinkedIn Services.
If warm introductions already arrive, a voice-led writing specialist may be all you need.
If you are also investing in paid media and revenue operations, expect a larger budget and a longer commitment.
Seven questions to ask any ghostwriter before you pay
- "How is my voice captured, and who approves each post?" Look for a real process and an approval step.
- "Will the same person keep writing my posts?" Consistency is part of what you buy.
- "How many hours a month do you need from me?" A clear number is a good sign.
- "What do the confidentiality terms say?" Get them in writing before sharing anything sensitive.
- "Will outreach go out under my name, and how is it paced?" Hand-built lists protect your reputation.
- "What is the full monthly price and minimum term?" Vague answers mean more questions.
- "What will the first report show?" Look for replies and booked calls against a baseline.
Mistakes executives make when building a personal brand
| The mistake | Why it backfires | The fix |
|---|---|---|
| Choosing on polish alone | Posts that do not sound like you erode trust | Test the voice process first |
| Aiming at everyone | Broad reach misses the buyers, hires and investors you need | Define the audience before the first post |
| Ignoring the profile | Visitors land on an unclear page | Rebuild the profile with the content |
| Accepting revenue promises | No provider controls LinkedIn or your market | Prefer honest reporting and a short pilot |

Check your profile before you spend a dollar.
The CRICKETS Toolkit is four free tools we built for LinkedIn. Use them to see where your profile and posts stand, whoever you hire.
From visibility to conversation.
You should not need five different providers to build your presence, publish useful content and start conversations with potential clients. Jennavi brings LinkedIn positioning, founder-led content, targeted outreach and reporting into one connected service, with additional long-form content support available through the Executive offering.
- A ghostwriter to create the posts, who may never see what your outreach says.
- A positioning specialist to fix a profile that does not convert.
- Someone to research prospects and manage outreach.
- An engagement solution for comments and follow-up.
- A newsletter writer and an SEO writer for your website.
- Someone to track conversations, leads and results.
Each can be good on its own. Coordinating them takes time, the work drifts apart, and a warm reply can sit unanswered. Jennavi tracks every reply in a CRM and hands you interested prospects with a suggested reply, so no conversation is lost. With Jennavi these jobs inform one another: one strategy, one consistent voice, one team that understands what you are building. See how Jennavi works and compare the packages on the pricing page.
